The Blazing Entrepreneurial Journey of Greg Secker

A multi-millionaire by his twenties, English businessman Greg Secker is well known as a master trader, entrepreneur and philanthropist.

His support for charitable initiatives takes in the Royal Princes’ chosen causes, Build A House, Build A Home project and setting up his own foundation. The not-for-profit Greg Secker Foundation was established to make the quality of life better for people around the world.

As an entrepreneur, Secker, who owns Europe’s top trade coaching company, shares his enthusiasm with others so they can grow to be entrepreneurs themselves.

Secker revealed in an interview at https://ideamensch.com/greg-secker/ how he combined his experience working at the foreign exchange department of an asset management bank with the extra time he had after moving back to the UK from the US to share his expertise with others.

After evaluating the market place he decided to set up the country’s first trader coaching business by building a prototype that has been repeated many times.

He discussed the various stages in bringing his concepts to life, which include a pre-vision of the idea, what it would look like and visualizing the necessary steps to make it happen.

Secker revealed how years ago an individual let him know that it is impossible to think and work at the same time. As a result, Secker advocates making sure he has enough time to think as it helps him be more effective.

As an entrepreneur, he also mentioned the importance of reading books. Secker commented on how he has seen the world through books and gained more knowledge about the world by reading.

According to Secker, most of his time revolves around him working from home. As an entrepreneur he advises everyone to take more time along the journey.

Secker, who was born in Norfolk, England in 1975, graduated from the University of Nottingham. He got his start as a trading technologist at Thomas Cook Financial Services then went on to become a vice president at Mellon Financial Corporation.

He is the owner of Knowledge to Action Group which includes Learn to Trade, SmartCharts Software and Capital Index.
